It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us for another Annual Reunion of our Chapter, this time at charming Point Lonsdale, Victoria, on the edge of Bass Strait. It is easy to get to being only one and a half hours drive south east of Melbourne, or 30 minutes drive from the nearest airport at Avalon. The dates are Sunday 28 to Wednesday 31 October, 2012.
John and Beth Thorp have put together a wonderful program for 3 days of fun, friendship and fellowship at the luxurious Point Lonsdale Guest House. There is much to do and see in this area including beaches/surfing, boat trips, fishing, visits to wineries, golf, walking, inspecting historic Queenscliffe, driving along the famous "Great Ocean Road", playing Bridge, visiting the Bellarine steam Railway, many galleries, antiques and so on, not to mention eating and drinking with old friends! We can promise you a most enjoyable and interesting 3 days!
John, Beth, Chân and I would be delighted if you are able to join us in the fellowship and festivities of our Annual Reunion and AGM!
Please read the detailed program and information for the event in the attached circular and complete the initial Registration Form (also attached) and send it to John Thorp. When John has an idea of the number attending, he will be able to finalise bookings with actual costs that will be relayed to you in a final registration form, to complete and return with your deposit for the event.
